Panama Open Air Festival returns to the city of Bonn for a brand-new multi-genre edition of one of Europe’s leading (techno, house, and electronic dance) music festivals. Join us on 1-2 July to celebrate a weekend packed with live performances and rhythmic energy. Get ready to dive into a world full of art and music where we provide a platform for all creatives, locals, and outsiders, to artistically express themselves through their preferred medium. Together, we’ll embark on a journey bigger and better than ever before.
This season we are expanding our horizons outside the scope of electronic music by adding a new range of genres to our musical portfolio. Bringing you an unearthly line-up combining the industry biggest with our local heroes. Spread out across three completely redesigned stages, we are pushing all existing boundaries. Building on our existing legacy and longtime (visitors, ravers, guests, Panama-friends), whilst allowing for an even broader range of like-minded people to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at Panama Open Air.

Started from the bottom, now we’re here! Once started as an illegal rave by a few friends, the Panama Open Air Festival made a name for itself as one of Europe’s rising (techno, house, pop, hip-hop and electronic dance) music festivals in recent years.
With brand-new multi-genre editions we are expanding our horizons outside the scope of electronic music by adding a new range of genres to our musical portfolio. Building on our existing legacy and longtime (visitors, ravers, guests, Panama-friends), whilst allowing for an even broader range of like-minded people to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at Panama Open Air. On the banks of the Rhine River in the geographical heart of the city lies Freizeitpark Rheinaue, home to Panama. A park almost as big as the city center and subject to the Monument Protection Act. With its huge lake and boundless greenery, it creates the ultimate euphonious summertime playground and allows to refuel, reload, and relaunch yourself into the wonderful world of Panama Open Air.
