*** COVID-19 POLICY ***

In an effort to provide the safest environment possible for the first Toonerville Music Festival, the festival organization committee has decided to implement a policy for admission that is currently being used by multiple long-standing festivals to ensure the lowest risk of COVID-19 exposure possible for this year’s event.

To enter the Toonerville Festival grounds for this year’s event, all persons 12 and older must either show proof of full-vaccination from COVID-19 or show proof of a recent (September 15th or later) negative COVID-19 test.  We recommend using the NYS Excelsior Pass for NYS residents who are vaccinated.  Children under 12 will only be admitted if accompanied by a fully-vaccinated parent.

In addition to our COVID-19 policy, we are also only selling this year’s event at 50% of the legal capacity in order to insure safe social distance.

PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY CONCERNS WILL NOT BE OFFERED.
