The organizer decides on the payment methods offered to ticket buyers. Per default you can buy your tickets via credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, instant bank transfer or SEPA direct debit mandate. However, the organizer may choose which payment methods to activate or deactivate. The possible payment methods are shown in the ticket shop and can be selected at the end of the checkout process.
The payments are processed via the payment providers Stripe and PayPal. Both companies ensure the highest standards of security, integrity and stability and belong to the biggest online payment providers worldwide. Your payment data is completely encrypted and will never be saved on our servers.
The number of tickets you are entitled to buy per transaction is capped for some events. This number is determined by the organizer to enable many different guests to have the possibility to buy tickets. If there is an order limit introduced by the organizer it will be shown when trying to exceed this number.
It may happen that your order is shown as canceled. In this case, there is a popup indicating that your transaction is canceled. This may happen if you exceeded the checkout time. The tickets are reserved for a certain period of time after you selected your first ticket. If you do not proceed to the payment in this timeframe the reservation and the order are canceled. This may also occur if you used the return key in your browser window.
If you have received a voucher code by the organizer, you can redeem it in the corresponding field during the checkout process (German: “Coupon einlösen”). The redeemed voucher will automatically be subtracted from the total amount.
For some events, it is possible to purchase special tickets - so called hardtickets. These are high quality fan tickets, which you will receive by post. Depending on the shipping time this option may not be available shortly before the event start. For events without the “hardticket” option, mobile and [email protected] tickets are always available.
