All sales are final; there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges excepts as expressly provided in these Terms of as may be required by law.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be given a full refund. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your order will not qualify for a refund and your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. A full refund of the ticket price, service charges and fees paid by you will be given for cancelled events. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded.

Ticket Holder Behavior Policy: You agree to abide by all rules and polices of the venue, promoter and anyone else responsible for putting on the event. Should you fail to abide by those rules and policies, you shall be subject to all applicable fines and legal or other expenses associated therewith. Further, any violation by you could result in the loss of the Ticket Holder’s Event Ticket and/or Season Tickets without refund.

Creating Young Minds is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Lewisville, Texas. Creating Young Minds Academy is a year-round basketball program with an emphasis on Education, Character, and Responsibility. The primary objective is to teach young men how to have a purpose in life, how to humble themselves, work hard, and have good character.

Creating Young Minds is excited to expand our Organization to include a Professional Basketball Team with The Basketball League, the third professional basketball league in the United States. We are replicating the European model of training, developing and preparing young athletes into Professional Athletes with the combination of our CYM Academy and Lewisville Leopards. The younger players from CYM Academy will have the opportunity to play along side Professional Basketball Players on our Lewisville Leopards team in the TBL.
