These terms and conditions sets forth the terms and conditions under which FIELD OF DREAMS AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD Trading as The Brisbane Bandits  (ABN 34 659 352 922) of 49 Campbell Ave, Wacol QLD 4076 (hereinafter referred to as ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’), provides you access to giveaways, and governs your use of our website located at Banditsplus.com.au (the Site), and the Bandits+ Members platform made available through the Site (the Software) and the information, content, features and services provided through the Site (together with the SoftwBanditsplusare, collectively, the Service).

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICE, OR THE PURCHASE OF ONE OF OUR MEMBERSHIPS, SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THIS THEM, INCLUDING ANY MODIFICATIONS THAT BANDITS+ MAKES FROM TIME TO TIME.

The Brisbane Bandits are a professional baseball team in Brisbane, Queensland that plays in the Australian Baseball League and is one of the six founding teams of the league.

The stadium offers a diverse range of food and beverage choices. Guests are allowed to bring homemade food and sealed plastic water bottles into the venue. However, products from commercial outlets or in commercial packaging are not allowed. This rule does not affect patrons with special dietary needs, as long as their food or beverages are not in prohibited containers like glass or cans. Please note that hard water bottles, such as those made of metal or glass, are not permitted.
