The Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 10 Band Festival is under the direction of guest conductor, Glen Adsit (The Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford, CT) and under the supervision of host director, Lorraine Selke (Exeter Township Senior High School).
This is an auditioned ensemble of approximately 140 high band school students from Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, and Schuylkill counties.
