2024 Summer Introduction to training camp - (2012-2014 DOB) - $160
Camp will be the following dates from 9:30AM to 10:30AM in Yianokous Fitness Center located on Main Floor of Cheel Arena:

- 7-24
- 7-30
- 7-31
- 8-7
- 8-8
This camp will be focused around body weight activities that will help with balance, coordination, mobility, speed, power and reaction. Please come dressed to workout with a change of shoes, no street shoes will be allowed.
