2024 Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp

Starts July 8th and ends August 8th

2011 Birth Year and Older

5 Weeks, Monday-Tuesday-Thursdays 15 total sessions

Each session is 7:30AM to 9AM

$25 per session $375 total

This camp will be focused on how to train like an athlete, taking a holistic approach to athlete development. Each workout will consist of a warm up, speed and power development, strength development, conditioning and a cool down. Please come dressed to workout with a change of shoes, no street shoes will be allowed.
