Your ticket allows access to the race course area only via Warhorse lift. No skiing is associated with this Lake Placid 2023 ticket.
The Super-G races feature a mix of speed and technical abilities, with one run determining the winner. The course is faster than the Giant Slalom, with wider turns, a higher vertical drop, and fewer gates than other Slalom events.

The FISU World University Games is the largest international winter multi-sport event for collegiate-athletes. The Lake Placid 2023 FISU World University Games, happening January 12-22, 2023, will bring 2,500 collegiate-athletes and delegation officials from more than 50 nations and 600+ universities to Lake Placid and the surrounding North Country region. This 11-day international educational event and competition is expected to be twice the size of Lake Placid’s 1980 Olympic Winter Games as athletes will be competing in 12 sports and 86 medal events.
