Hot Air Balloon rides will take place on the DATE and TIME RESERVED. 

Rides are $275 per person and include (1) General Admission pass to the ARIZONA BALLOON CLASSIC. A refundable deposit of $50 per person is required to reserve your flight time.

 - Receive your Green wristband at the Balloon Ride Check-in Tent (next to the Box Office). This is your event ticket. All passengers MUST be checked in by 6:30 AM for 7:00 AM reservations and 3:00 PM for 4:00 PM reservations. It is very important to show up ON TIME! You must be at the ride on time to prepare for departure. The remainder of your balloon ride balance will be automatically processed on the day of your flight. A signed waiver will be required by all riders.

Flight times and lengths of flight will be determined by your pilot and in consideration of weather. PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY. Dress warmly. Flights can be chilly. Flights are always weather permitting. After your ride, you will ride back to the event site with the balloon crew.

**Deposits will NOT be refunded for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the selected departure time. 

Arizona's Premier Hot Air Balloon Festival!

 13th Annual Arizona Balloon Classic will be held January 26-28, 2024. The skies will be filled with colorful hot-air balloons participating in ascensions from the fields of the 

 for a spectacular sight of mass and color.  Spectators can walk on the field and experience the balloon's inflation and lift-off.  Photo taking is invited. 

 on Friday and Saturday evenings, January 26th & 27th are the most attended events.  A field full of illuminated, tethered, hot air balloons will GLOW.

In consideration for the consent and right given to the undersigned to ride in the hot air balloon on the
date indicated below, and with full knowledge, understanding, and consideration of the inherent risks
involved, the undersigned, by signing below, expressly assumes all risks of any nature whatsoever and does hereby release and forever discharge City of Goodyear, Arizona Events Group LLC, its volunteers, staff, Brittany Campbell, Fly Albuquerque, the pilot or associate pilots and owners of the hot air balloon and any of his or her employees and agents, of and from any and all claims actions, causes of action or liability for property damage, bodily injury, death or any other type of damage or injury of any nature whatsoever arising out of the use, ride and operation of the hot air balloon and the undersigned’s occupancy in the hot air balloon. NOTE: No alcohol is permitted. Intoxicated and/or unruly passengers will not be flown and are ineligible for a refund.
