Campus Tales: Mysterious Ghosts, Crazy Professors and Secret Societies
Campus Tales: Mysterious Ghosts, Crazy Professors and Secret Societies
Do you love tales about mysterious ghosts, inexplicable occurrences, and forbidden secret societies veiled in ancient rituals? Then this academy is for you! Campus Tales will help students understand the connection between creative writing and research, which will prepare them for success in the college classroom and at the workplace. Students in this academy will have the unique and valuable opportunity to conduct research at the Salisbury University’s (SU’s) Nabb Center—" an institutional leader in advancing the preservation and understanding of Delmarva’s historical and cultural heritage,” and work under the guidance of the Nabb Center’s expert staff. Throughout the week students will read legends from the Eastern Shore, conduct research at the Nabb Center, and write their own SU campus stories based on the materials they find. At the end of the week, they will lead their tour of the SU campus during which they will tell their stories to the public.
