2024 Spring Strength and Conditioning Camp - DOB 2010 & Older - $200

Starting Sunday April 28th and ending Sunday June 16th @ 10:30am-11:30am

8 in person workouts at Cheel arena on Sundays, plus two at home workouts to complete on your own.

This camp will be focused on how to train like an athlete, taking a holistic approach to athlete development. The at home or on your own workouts will require access to DBs/KBs, pull up station and space to sprint and jump. Please come dressed to workout with a change of shoes, no street shoes will be allowed
