Here today, gone tomorrow

The Amazon jungle. The village of Yanashi is flooded every year by the Amazon basin waters. The locals live their lives either ashore or afloat, depending on the season, surrounded by their ancestors' spirits and beliefs handed down through generations. These are the surroundings of Amaury who leaves a theological seminary for summer holiday and is not in contact. Rafal, the Missionary, sets out to learn what has happened to his mentee.
