 This introductory-level class is suitable for children between the ages of 3-6.  It will focus on developing gross motor skills, basic gymnastics movements, and tumbling.  This class uses limited equipment, to allow the young athlete to focus on controlling their body, and will introduce various progressions based on the ability of the group.

I understand that participation in this fitness class, and the use of its equipment is at my own personal risk and St. Lawrence University shall not be liable for any injuries or damage to myself or any other person or be subject to any claim, demand, or liability as a result of injuries incurred during such use.

Additional Member Waiver of Liability

Who will be completing the testing and workouts?

1. Your doctor has told you that you have a heart condition.

2. You feel pain in your heart/chest/back when you engage in physical activity.

3. You lose balance because of dizziness, or lose consciousness.

4. In the past month, you experienced chest pain when not engaging in physical activity.

5. You have a bone/joint problem that could be made worse by your physical activity.

6. There is a good physical reason, not mentioned here, why you should not follow an activity program.

Members must be 14 years old to be granted an ID, and fitness center access. Members under 14 years old may use all other auxiliary facilities, but require constant adult supervision.

New Memberships: If you need an ID, please stop into the Safety and Security office to receive your card.
Day Pass: Show your ticket to the staff to enter the facility.
