2024 Spring Introduction to training camp - (2011-2014 DOB) - $160

Starting Sunday April 28th and ending Sunday June 16th @ 9:30am-10:30am

8 in person workouts at Cheel arena on Sundays, plus two at home workouts to complete on your own

This camp will be focused around body weight activities that will help with balance, coordination, mobility, speed, power and an introduction to some dumbbell movements. The at home workouts require minimal equipment and some space. Please come dressed to workout with a change of shoes, no street shoes will be allowed
