Pilates Flow (Tuesday)
Explore the traditional Mat exercises of the Pilates Method with a yoga-like flow. Mat Pilates is the ultimate pre-requisite for every activity! This class will focus on building core strength, improving balance and posture, strengthening while lengthening muscles and creating overall better body awareness.
Pilates Express (Thursday)
The perfect midday workout! Designed to give you all the benefits of Pilates in 45 minutes, this class will increase your core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone leaving you standing taller and stronger for the rest of your day! Suitable for all levels with modifications being offered to either increase intensity or decrease as needed.
