Day / Time: Tuesday and Thursday / 8:30-9:30am, Weekly: 9/10 - 10/18
Description: This is a high energy workout designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and build muscular strength. We’ll use weights, steps, and mats to target all muscle groups during a fast-moving series of exercises. Interval training will help to push us past plateaus. You’ll leave the class feeling stronger and energized. Modifications will be offered. Please bring a small towel and a water bottle.
