Lori's Yoga Class - 2nd 6 Week Session

Location: Newell Field House, Multi-Purpose Room
Day / Time: Monday and Wednesday, 12:00pm
Description: This is a slow-flow yoga class for all levels. Modifications will be offered to suit each body and intention. We will ground and center through observation of the senses and breath to release tension and stress, while coming into a mindfully relaxed state. Warm up will be followed by mindful, breath-guided movement to stretch, strengthen, and allow energy to flow through you. Each class will end with a guided relaxation to leave feeling clear and present.
Bio: Lori has been practicing yoga for over 30 years, and has been certified as a yoga teacher since 2015. She encourages students to harmonize effort and ease on the mat by engaging in mindfulness, breathwork, and movement. She believes that yoga is for every body, offers pose modifications, and encourages participants to listen to their bodies.
