The purchased ticket is good only for the event and seat/section for which it is issued and is not transferable. The ticket is a limited revocable license and may be revoked and admission refunded at the sole discretion of the sponsoring organization. Cornell University and/or the sponsoring organization reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.

The sponsoring organization restricts the resale of their ticket(s) for higher than face value (plus fees) plus the greater of 10% of the ticket price or $5.00. Tickets purchased or obtained from CornellTickets.com may not be resold or given away as part of a package (i.e. "Purchase [item A] and receive this ticket free."). Unauthorized or unlawful distribution, resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. The ticket cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen.
