Once you complete your purchase, you will see a link to download mobile passes or transfer passes on the order confirmation page. You will receive two emails:

An order confirmation email with a link to your order confirmation page where you can download all of your passes at once.

REVOCABLE LICENSE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND TERMS OF USE

The purchase, acceptance, or other use of this ticket constitutes your unconditional agreement to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”): This ticket is a revocable license to attend an athletic event (“Event”).  Every person regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission into the Event.  The ticket may be revoked, and attendance at the Event may be denied, at any time at the sole discretion of Fordham University (“Fordham”).  Fordham reserves the right to refuse to admit into or eject from the Event any person whose conduct is deemed by Fordham to be illegal, unruly, dangerous, or in violation of these terms and conditions or any other Fordham rules.  No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for any reason. 

The user of the ticket (“User”) voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks in any way incidental to the Event, including without limitation risk of personal injury (including death), risk of exposure to communicable diseases or illnesses (or the causes thereof), risk of loss, theft, and damage of property, and risk of harm due to the acts or omissions of other Event attendees, whether any such risk occurs prior to, during, or after the Event (whether inside or outside of the Event venue).  User releases and holds harmless all Event participants and Fordham, and its trustees, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims and liability arising out of or related to the Event, including without limitation claims and liability arising out of the negligence of each of the foregoing released parties. Fordham and relevant parties will have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any errors, mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content relating to events or any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, or failure of event staff or security to honor your ticket. 

Tickets for accessible seats (i.e., seats to accommodate wheelchairs and companion seats) are intended solely for individuals with disabilities and their companions. By purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat, you represent and warrant that either you and/or one or more of your companions require the accessible seat features. Fordham reserves the right to investigate and/or cancel orders if there is any suspected misuse or fraudulent purchasing of accessible seating. In addition, Fordham may redirect you and your party to non-accessible seats if you do not require such accommodation. In the case of a canceled order, Fordham will not refund the cost of the tickets.

User shall not distribute, license, sell, create, exhibit, reproduce, adapt, display, perform, excerpt, publish, or otherwise use any picture, photograph, drawing, video, audio, account, or description of the Event (i) for any commercial, promotional, or business purpose, or (ii) in any manner that is intended to provide, is promoted or marketed as, or otherwise constitutes a substitute for radio, television, or video coverage of the Event. 

User grants Fordham and its designees the irrevocable permission to use his/her voice, image, likeness, and/or other rights of publicity in any live or recorded video, display, broadcast, photo image, or other transmission, reproduction, or depiction of all or any part of the Event in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including for commercial purposes.  User agrees not to take any action, or to cause others to take action, that would infringe on the rights of Fordham and its designees as set forth in this paragraph.

This ticket is subject to Fordham's Athletic Ticket Resale Policy and may not be duplicated. Fordham will not honor tickets that have been lost, stolen, or counterfeited, and will not refund lost, destroyed, or stolen tickets. Patrons leaving the venue will not be re-admitted until the conclusion of halftime for respective events. 

Fordham reserves the right to, at its discretion, exchange your ticket for a ticket to the same event of equal or greater value for reasons including but not limited to changes in and/or to the venue, postponements, cancellations, double-bookings, or any other reason that prevents the usage of the ticket in its present form. Fordham will make reasonable efforts to notify affected ticket holders and provide details regarding the exchange, but such an exchange does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund unless expressly provided for by Fordham. 

Fordham reserves the right to designate in its sole discretion items prohibited from the Event venue. User consents to searches of his/her person and belongings upon entry into the Event, and to health screenings prior to, during, or after the Event in Fordham's discretion.  Refusal to submit to such searches or screenings constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions, and will result in a denial of entry into or removal from the Event.  Any prohibited items found at the time of a search or within the Event venue may be confiscated.  Possession of prohibited items in the Event venue is a violation of these terms and conditions, and is grounds for ejection from the Event.

Fordham reserves the right to make changes to the event time or schedule at its discretion. Fordham will make reasonable efforts to notify affected ticket holders. 

Unless you have received written permission from Fordham, you may not sell any items at the Event. Unauthorized sale of goods at the Event may result in your removal. 

Fordham shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the terms or execution of the event this ticket gains admittance to if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of nature, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. Fordham’s failure to insist upon or enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
