Phit For Life (Free Beta)
Train with a PURPOSE using our online training app, Teambuildr. The "Phit For Life" program utilizes the mathematical concept of the Fibonacci sequence. You will learn how to improve the neurological sequencing of your body's spiraling muscle chains to help you improve balance, stability, and strength. These methodologies will also help with pain mitigation, and flexibility as you progress through this fitness journey.
Once you register (free until 8/31), Coach Lynch will activate your Teambuildr account. Just download the app from the app store, and answer a few questions to set your account. Based on how you answer the registration questions, Coach Lynch will assign you a variety of training programs to choose from. Don't like them? Just let us know, and we can make adjustments to fit your needs! Once you register, you will be assigned a variety of training programs that fit your needs. You can select any of the recommended programs, and begin training! The system will, assign exercise, display videos, recommend weights, and track your progress for you.
Our goal through this BETA program is to figure out how to cater to the various needs of all fitness center patrons, regardless of your training age, abilities or goals. In exchange for this service all we ask is your feedback! You will receive a few emails asking about how we can make it better prior to making it a paid service.
