Powerful Connections Spring 2025
Powerful Connections is a peer mentor based pre-semester experience program where new students explore activities and programs related to a successful transition into University life.
Move in early, meals are covered, make meaningful connections with peers, and get acquainted with campus!
Based on your academic path, extracurricular interests, hobbies, hometown, and other factors, new students are paired with a current SU student mentor to help connect them to peer community and academic support resources.
The program represents an institutional commitment to create a sense of belonging for all students so they can excel in and outside the classroom. This includes encouraging an appreciation and respect for all cultures and identities. Powerful Connections is a vital link for new students of any background to have a strong start with their first semester and to maximize the rest of their experience at Salisbury University.
Powerful Connections is for 1st and 2nd semester students and transfers of any classification!
