Robin's Senior Fitness Class

Location: Newell Field House, Multi-Purpose Room
Description: Robin will keep you feeling young and healthy in this low/moderate intensity class. Join a dynamic group of seniors who make exercise and wellness a priority in their life! Regardless of your current level of fitness, Robin will use her 20+ years of experience to get you started and keep you going well into your golden years! Expect an elongated warm up to circulate the blood and grease the joints before a modified resistance training session using various equipment like weights, and chairs to get you the exercise you need without the risk of overexertion, or loss of balance. Finish with a well designed stretching routine to keep you feeling nimble on your off-days.
