SLU Riders

Day / Time: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00pm
Summary: At SLU Riders we teach high intensity spin classes for all abilities. It is a 45-minute class designed to make you sweat, get your heart rate up and leave you feeling better than when you arrived. Music is loud to ensure that you feel like you are in your own world with just you and the bike. You may be thinking, riding a bike that goes nowhere feels funny and weird, but our special choreography (such as: tap backs, pushups, sprints, isolations and more) keep you from getting bored and to keep you always moving. You are guaranteed a good workout, sweat, and an encouraging group of people to motivate you to be your best!
Goal: The goal of SLU Riders is to help students feel the best about themselves. We are going on 6 years of spin at SLU and it really is such a positive activity to have on campus that everyone enjoys and looks forward to.
