The Final Salute

October 17, 2021... A date which will live eternally. For the courageous efforts and sacrifice of the men and women who served this great nation in time of war. Commemorating the anniversary of the ending of WWII, the "Soldiers of Production" and Veterans of the last global conflict are honored with a memorial site. A dedication near the very spot which once ranked high, as ground zero, on Adolf Hitler's wish list of places to be bombed. The "Spirit of Woonsocket" is once again ignited in this eternal flame which burns now and forever.
