vivenu is the exclusive ticketing partner of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games

Düsseldorf, October 7, 2024 — vivenu GmbH has been appointed exclusive ticketing partner of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games. As part of a public tender, the Düsseldorf-based company was able to prevail against several competitors and ultimately convince with the right concept.

The grand sports festival in summer 2025 will bring together over 8,500 athletes and officials from around 150 countries in the Ruhr region and Berlin. In the cities of Bochum, Duisburg, Essen, Hagen, Mülheim an der Ruhr and Berlin, the best university athletes in the world will compete in a total of 18 sports, including classics such as judo, rowing, table tennis and athletics, as well as trend sports such as beach volleyball and 3x3 basketball. The games will take place in more than 20 competition venues. In addition, a comprehensive entertainment program, including top stars such as Ayliva and Montez, will make the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games a top-class sports festival.

After the Lake Placid 2023 FISU Winter Games, the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU Games will be the second edition of the World University Games for which vivenu is the exclusive ticketing partner. The Düsseldorf-based company has many years of expertise in ticketing multi-sport events, including as a ticketing partner for the Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023.
