Agile Project Management for Arts
We're constantly told to be more agile, dynamic, innovative, audience-centred, responsive and collaborative - but that's tricky when we have limited resources, fixed budgets, funder/partner expectations and a creative process to keep in mind.
In this sprint, we'll be covering practical ways to align our creative and project processes to embrace agile in the arts (it's not just for Silicon Valley!), learning how to:
- Reduce uncertainty in project aims (what) and means (how)
- Define project objectives in terms of clear outcomes not fixed inflexible outputs
- Create project plans that limit dependencies and maximise creativity
- Supercharge and collaborate on your To-do List through task boards
