•	When you book your show tickets with us, we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately. The charge that appears on your credit card will be from Mountain of Entertainment Theater. The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees. All prices and amounts are in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise noted.

•	Show tickets purchased are subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.

•	Tickets are Non-Refundable upon purchase. 

•	Name changes are prohibited after purchase.

•	Should you be unable to attend you may opt to change the date of your reservation one time for no additional fee. 

•	Your tickets will be instantly delivered to you via email.

•	Simply click on the "Print Ticket" link on your Confirmation Email and download the ticket(s). You can scan the ticket(s) on your mobile device upon entry or print the ticket(s) prior to arrival.

•	Tickets not scanned will be forfeited. Forfeited tickets are non-refundable.

•	Guests under eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult.

•	The dress code is casual. Cut-offs, tank tops or beach wear are not permitted.

•	Mountain of Entertainment Theater is a nonsmoking venue. Smoking is not permitted in the theatre.

•	No flash cameras, or audio recording devices are permitted in the theatre.

•	Mountain of Entertainment Theater is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price or ticket availability. In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price or incorrect ticket availability, Mountain of Entertainment Theater is not responsible to fulfill the order. In situations where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the intended and correct price provided ticket inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase. In situations where a purchase is completed based on incorrect inventory, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase for the same show on an alternative date provided ticket inventory is available, the option of purchasing an alternative show provided ticket inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.

•	Our show ticket rates are only available through our website and box office.

•	Management at individual venue reserves all rights, which may include the right to deny entry in the venue owner's or operator's sole discretion.

•	In no event will Mountain of Entertainment Theater, its ticket reservation partners or any of their suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental or any such damages or for lost profits of any kind, even if apprised of the possibility of any such damages.

•	This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sevier County, the state of Tennessee, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.

•	Terms and Conditions are subject to change at Mountain of Entertainment Theater’s discretion.

•	Click on the "Print Ticket" link on your Confirmation Email and download the ticket(s). You can scan the downloaded ticket(s) on your device upon entry or print the ticket(s) prior to arrival.

•	If you have chosen to Print at Home, it is solely your responsibility to print the ticket in advance of event.

•	You must have a separate ticket and each event must have a separate print out. Do not print multiple tickets on one page or on the back of a page.

•	This ticket must be clearly printed on plain, clean, white paper. Problems with printing will not be the responsibility of Mountain of Entertainment Theater.

•	The ticket that comes out of your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Keep it in a safe place like you would cash and protect it like you would any other ticket. If any copies are made, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned.

•	By accepting these terms, you are confirming you have access to and can use a printer of suitable specification to print these tickets.

•	If the Print at Home ticket is printed incorrectly, or is damaged or illegible in any way, the ticket will not be valid and a new ticket print out will be needed.
