POLÍTICA DE BOLETOS PARA LA ACADEMIA LATINA:

Solo deben usar los boletos para los eventos de La Academia Latina de la Grabación®, los que incluyen pero no se limitan a la Entrega Anual del Latin GRAMMY®, el titular de la cuenta y su(s) invitado(s). No se permite que el titular de cuenta ni su(s) invitado(s) los transfiera, venda ni traspase o use con ningún propósito, incluidos aquellos promocionales, comerciales, de publicidad u otros, sin el consentimiento escrito expreso de La Academia Latina de la Grabación®. Se considerará que los boletos que se vendan, transfieran o usen de otra manera, en contra de esta política, se han revocado y carecen de validez, y que los portadores son intrusos en todos los eventos de La Academia Latina de la Grabación®. Al aceptar la entrega de boletos, el titular de cuenta y sus invitados aceptan cumplir con esta Política sobre Boletos, y el titular de cuenta acepta que se responsabilizará por los actos de su(s) invitado(s) y de informar con la debida diligencia a todos sus invitados de las condiciones de esta Política sobre Boletos. 

El titular de la cuenta acuerda asegurarse que los boletos se usen de manera consistente con estas regulaciones, y que el incumplimiento por parte del titular de la cuenta o sus invitados puede someterlo a medidas disciplinarias incluyendo la revocación de los privilegios de membresía a sola discreción de La Academia Latina de la Grabación.

Tickets to Latin Recording Academy events, including but not limited to the Latin GRAMMY Awards®, are for use by the account holder and its invited guest(s) only, are not transferable by account holder or any of its invited guests, and may not be sold, otherwise transferred or used for any other purpose, including promotional, commercial, advertising, or other trade purposes, without the express written consent of The Latin Recording Academy. Tickets sold, otherwise transferred or used in violation of this policy shall be deemed revoked and void, and their bearers deemed trespassers at all Latin Recording Academy events. By accepting delivery of tickets, the account holder and its guests are bound by this Ticket Policy and the account holder agrees it is responsible for the actions of its invited guest(s) and to inform with due diligence all of its invited guests of the terms of this Ticket Policy. 

By purchasing tickets, account holder agrees to ensure that tickets are used in a manner consistent with this Ticket Policy, violation of which by account holder or its guest(s) may subject account holder to disciplinary action, including revocation of membership privileges, in The Latin Recording Academy’s sole discretion.
