When do tickets go on sale, and where can I buy them?

Ticket sales begin 12/06/2024 - 07/26/2025. Tickets may be purchased at the door the day of if still available. 

Tickets are not refundable, they may be transferred. 

Is there reserved seating, or is it general admission?

Visitors will not be allowed re-entry into the venue.

Are children allowed? Do kids need tickets?

There are no age restrictions, each attendee must have a ticket.

What happens if the event is canceled or postponed?

In the event of significant modification, postponement or cancellation of an Event due to circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, the End Customer shall be entitled to return the Tickets and shall be entitled to a refund for the price of the Ticket less any processing fees.

The event begins at 7pm, doors open at 6pm.

Is there parking available, and is it free?

Parking is available, there is a $10 parking fee.

Are there food and drinks for purchase at the venue?

Yes there is a full bar and kitchen available.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

There is a mix of paved ground and uneven terrain. 

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

Tickets are non-refundable if the event is not cancelled. 

Yes there will be onsite security and safety measures in place.

Where can I find first aid or assistance during the event?

Please find a uniformed employee for any assistance during the event.

Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, pepper spray, etc.).

Explosives, fireworks, or flammable materials.

Illegal drugs, substances, or drug paraphernalia.

Aerosol sprays (e.g., hairspray, bug spray - please use before entry to the event & leave in vehicle).

Noise-making devices (e.g., air horns, megaphones).

Professional cameras, video cameras, or recording equipment.

Large signs, banners, or flags that could block views.

Skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, or bicycles (unless parking is available).

Coolers or picnic baskets/Outside food and beverages.

Smoking or vaping of any kind (designated smoking in the parking lot).

Disorderly conduct (e.g., fighting, excessive shouting).

Engaging in illegal activities or behavior disruptive to others.
