Pablo Center at the Confluence selects vivenu as official ticketing partner

EAU CLAIRE, Wis./ NEW YORK, November 4, 2026 โ Pablo Center, a U.S. based premier performing arts venue, has partnered with vivenu to advance ticketing, deepen patron relationships, and take full control of its digital experience.
Pablo Center, which opened in 2018 at the Confluence of the Eau Claire and Chippewa Rivers, operates a 1,200-seat Broadway-style theater and a 400-seat flexible black box theater, the largest in the Midwest. The venue hosts touring productions, concerts, dance, literary events, and visual arts exhibitions and serves as a performance and teaching home for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Music and Theatre Arts program. As a nonprofit organization, every ticket, membership, and donation directly supports Pablo Center's mission to inspire, connect, and transform lives through the power of art.
This partnership gives Pablo Center complete control over how it connects with its audience โ from a fully branded patron experience to the ability to tailor every touchpoint based on real-time insights โ while unlocking new revenue opportunities through built-in analytics and marketing tools across two world-class theaters and a year-round program of performances, exhibitions, and education.
"Never have I seen my team as enthusiastic about a piece of technology as they have been in the last couple of weeks," said Monica Frederick, Executive Director of Pablo Center at the Confluence.
Frederick added: "As a nonprofit performing arts center serving a community that deeply values access to the arts, we needed a platform that could handle the complexity of our programming while keeping the patron experience simple and on-brand. vivenu gives us the ability to connect our ticketing directly to our audience development and fundraising goals in ways that weren't possible before."
The implementation covers online and box office ticketing, subscriptions and flexible pass management, reserved seating with interactive seat maps, streamlined mobile ticket delivery, and patron data integration. Pablo Center's team will have full control over checkout design, pricing, and the ability to build custom purchase flows for members, subscribers, donors, and community partners, including the numerous nonprofit arts groups that perform at the venue as official Pablo Partners.
"Pablo Center represents exactly the kind of institution we built vivenu for: an organization where ticketing isn't just a transaction, it's the starting point for every patron relationship," said Simon Weber, Co-Founder of vivenu. "Performing arts venues sit on an extraordinary amount of audience intelligence. When that data flows freely and lives in a system the organization controls, it changes how they program, how they fundraise, and how they serve their community. We're proud to support Pablo Center in making that shift."
Ryan Eagleson, Director of Business Development, Strategic Sales at vivenu, added: "Working with Monica and the Pablo Center team has been fantastic and highly collaborative. Weโre seeing real appetite across the performing arts sector for modern solutions that puts venues back in control. Pablo Centerโs commitment to access, community, and artistic excellence makes them an ideal partner."
