Düsseldorf / Ulm, 07.07.2026 — ratiopharm ulm is taking its ticketing in a new direction. The club has switched to vivenu's platform and goes live with a completely new ticket shop just in time for the new season. The move is part of a deliberate push to develop the club's digital infrastructure and raise the bar on fan experience.

The Bundesliga club from Ulm has been in Germany's top basketball division without interruption since 2006 and won its first German championship in 2023. For years, the club has taken a clear position on digital efforts: shape it actively, build your own solutions where possible, and set new standards. In vivenu, ratiopharm ulm found a partner that can back that ambition technically.

The relaunch goes beyond ticket sales. The e-commerce setup was rebuilt in parallel, and together the two form a modern ticket shop that gives fans a faster, simpler, and more personal buying experience. For the club, the new platform means operational flexibility: upsells, special offers, bundles, cross-selling, dynamic pricing, and custom inventory configurations can all be set up directly in the purchase flow, with no waiting on new features or releases.

Artificial intelligence was also a factor in the decision. ratiopharm ulm is actively exploring what AI can do for the club's day-to-day operations, and vivenu is a partner that not only understands that direction but has already built it into the platform.
