Success Story
Their own page, and every sale in sight
The Disc Golf Pro Tour is the top tier of professional disc golf, with 20+ tournaments a season across North America and Europe. Fans used to leave dgpt.com to buy a ticket. Now they buy on the tour's own page, and the tour sees every sale the moment it comes in.

platform for US and European events
Every ticket under the tour's own name
A fully white-labeled shop on dgpt.com, US and European events in one platform since launch, and a checkout connected to the marketing the tour already runs.
Gold Pass holders get their own message
Inside vivenu, fans are segmented by ticket type as well as by fan profile. Gold Pass holders and other premium buyers get communication meant for them, and sales of higher-end tickets have gone up since. Next, the tour wants to use the same segments for early ticket access and experiences built for specific groups of fans.
Both continents from day one
The tour used to run its US and European events on two separate platforms. Both moved into vivenu at launch. For Dominic DiFebo it was an immediate win, and the first thing the tour got done.
Klaviyo stayed, the checkout grew
The marketing team kept the Klaviyo setup it had built over several years. At checkout, fans can add commemorative packs or donate to a nonprofit, and that donation option is what made a partnership with “Hope for the Day” possible.

“It was important for us to transition to a state-of-the-art ticketing platform that we could evolve and that could evolve with us. It's infrastructure an emerging sports league like us really needs in order to scale our tournaments.”

What one platform made possible
With vivenu in place, the tour could plan things its old setup never offered: ticketing built straight into every event page on dgpt.com, an onsite app for fans at the course, and RFID tickets that show how a crowd moves around a tournament. The next goal is to bring ticketing, the Disc Golf Network, retail and e-commerce data together.
